Role Responsibilities:

This role involves providing financial expertise to the team, delivering high-quality financial analysis, and contributing to process improvements. Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting in the preparation of budgets and forecasts across the organisation.
  • Supporting monthly and quarterly financial reporting and analysis.
  • Working closely with business partners to provide financial guidance and advice.
  • Contributing to improving financial processes and reporting tools.
  • Helping identify opportunities for efficiency and smarter ways of working.
  • Supporting system updates and enhancements.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need to have:

  • 3-5 years of experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis, preferably in a medium to large-sized organisation or an accounting firm.
  • Strong technical skills and ability to turn complex financial data into clear insights to support business decisions.
  • Collaborative and detail-oriented with excellent communication skills.
  • A degree in Accounting and CPA or CA qualification (or working towards it).
