THE ROLE
Join our team as a Finance Business partner, driving budgeting, forecasting, and cost management across all departments. You'll develop and improve financial processes, create insightful reports, manage general ledger activities, and cost analysis to support smart business decisions
Key Duties and accountabilities:
Lead cost management for all departments, including annual cost plans, forecasts, and ongoing analysis
Support business case development and cost variance analysis
Manage and consolidate budgeting, forecasting, and cost reporting processes
Support with purchase orders, service entries, and month‑end accounting transactions
Maintain general ledger accounts and prepare month‑end journals and accruals
Drive system and process improvements, identifying and embedding efficiencies
To be successful in this position you need to have:
Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
Minimum 4 years' demonstrated experience in similar accounting position
Experience in developing financial templates and reporting
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Experience in SAP would be highly regarded
