Procurement Transformation Lead

This is a high-impact role that leads the end-to-end transformation of procurement processes. The ideal candidate will have experience in designing business and finance processes, with a strong background in leading complex systems implementations.

About the Role

The successful applicant will be responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of optimised P2P processes with embedded governance and controls. They will identify opportunities for standardisation, automation, and process improvement to streamline operations and reduce risk.

  • Document end-to-end processes and implement a knowledge management model with relevant process owners.
  • Support the design and delivery of system solutions and implement a framework for continuous controls monitoring.
  • Collaborate across streams to ensure alignment with interdependent programs.
  • Manage delivery risk and change impacts through governance forums and iterative delivery approaches.

Key Requirements

We are seeking a highly motivated finance professional with 5+ years of experience across diverse finance roles. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven experience in designing business and finance processes.
  • Excellent process expertise in Procure to Pay (P2P).
  • A strong background in leading complex finance systems and process implementations.
  • Confidence in presenting and influencing senior stakeholders through clear storytelling.
  • A self-starter mindset with the ability to create structure from ambiguity.
