Job Description

Our team is seeking an experienced Operations Maintenance Coordinator to join our Movements Asset team. This role involves working closely with multi-disciplinary teams to provide valuable input to the prioritization, planning, scheduling, coordination and preparation of proactive, corrective and breakdown maintenance activities for field execution.

Key responsibilities include ensuring all activities are conducted and managed in accordance with agreed HSSE practices and procedures, prioritizing corrective maintenance work using the risk prioritization matrix, effective interface and execution of the Maintenance Work Process within the Production department, and coordinating and assuring operational planning of maintenance tasks.

This role requires a strong analytical mind, excellent organizational and communication skills, and a commitment to safety, driving change and innovation. If you have at least 3 years of (petro) chemical experience or major hazardous facility - Operational or trades experienced, we encourage you to apply.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • At least 3 years of (petro) chemical experience or major hazardous facility - Operational or trades experienced.
  • Highly analytical with excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Curiosity-driven with a focus on safety, driving change and innovation.
  • Promoting maintenance best practices and improvement initiatives.
  • Competence in data management - JD Edwards knowledge highly advantageous.
  • Excellent communication skills with the courage to intervene and ensure maintenance, projects and changes are performed in accordance with Viva safety standards.
