Merchandise Strategy Manager

About the Opportunity:
As a Merchandise Buyer, you will oversee a diverse portfolio of products, working closely with our buying assistants and planning team to develop and execute merchandise strategies.
You will select and develop innovative products aligned to customer needs, while maximising sales, profit and supplier income.
With your experience in furniture buying and strong commercial acumen, you will build strong relationships with suppliers and stakeholders, influencing their decisions to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage range plans and product selection strategy, justified by data-driven insights and trend reports
- Determine pricing strategy in line with strategic goals
- Analyse, track and monitor the performance of ranges, products and the overall brand/category
