Restaurant Leadership Role

We are seeking an experienced and driven individual to fill the role of Assistant Restaurant Manager. As a leader, you will mentor and support a team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and high-quality products.

Main Responsibilities:
  • You will be responsible for leading a team to achieve sales targets and maintaining high customer satisfaction levels.
  • Day-to-day operations, including front-of-house duties, cooking, and staff training will be managed under your supervision.
  • Maintaining product quality, customer experience, processes, training, safety, and employee experience standards is crucial to success in this role.
  • Career development through workshops and online training will be provided to enhance team members' skills and knowledge.
  • You will assist the Restaurant Manager in managing business financials, including profit & loss, budgets, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Requirements:
  • Prior leadership experience in a fast-paced hospitality environment is essential.
  • A proven ability to lead and coach teams to deliver excellent customer service is required.
  • A customer-first approach and ability to create a positive, high-energy work environment is necessary.
