Ready to lead from the front? Fitzy's Loganholme is on the hunt for a new Assistant Venue Manager to join our experienced team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same, we want to hear from you.

The successful candidate must have proven hospitality management experience in a comparable venue and exceptional customer service and presentation skills. If you are looking to take the next step in your career to become a leader and progress, then this is the venue for you

We are offering:

  • Generous Salary $74,000 - $80,000 Plus Super
  • Quarterly KPI Bonus $5,000

Essential requirements:

  • Have a minimum of two years of experience in a similar role
  • Capacity to work in a team environment while leading from the front
  • Experience in developing and executing operational procedures
  • Extensive restaurant & bar experience
  • Strong experience working in a gaming venue
  • Knowledge of TAB and wagering
  • Ability to train and develop staff to ensure a consistently amazing customer experience
  • Ensuring policies, procedures and standards are current, effective and clearly communicated
  • Current RSA, RSG, RMLV & Approved Managers license
  • CLO - Desirable not necessary
