Job Title: Stadium Coordinator

This role is an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and be part of a dynamic team. As a Stadium Coordinator, you will assist the Centre Manager in overseeing the day-to-day management and operation of programs.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to establish community connections with groups in the local area, and possess strong customer service background.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify opportunities to maximise occupancy of existing programs.
  • Assist in introducing new community groups into the facility.
  • Attend all programs and services.
  • Meet the goals and targets as set out in the annual business plan for program coordination.
  • Adeptly manage all program equipment in safe working order.
  • Manage staff within the Stadium Department.
Essential Requirements:
  • Working With Children Check (or equivalent).
  • National Police Check.
  • Current Level 2 First Aid Certificate.
  • Current CPR Certificate.
  • Ability to establish community connections with groups in the local area.
  • Strong customer service background.
  • Knowledge of leisure-based programs.
  • Evening and weekend work availability.
