  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and coordinate the activities of Accounts Receivable correspondents, ensuring accurate purchase orders for both products and services.
  • Develop and manage purchase orders, guaranteeing accuracy and timely resolution.
  • Support external auditing by collaborating with 3rd party organizations.
  • Manage sales tax processing and record customer purchase and change orders into the ERP system.
  • Address internal and external issues related to vendor accounts, transactions, and discrepancies.
  • Conduct collection calls to vendors to ensure timely resolution.
