Job Summary:

We are seeking a Portfolio Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the accurate administration and reconciliation of client investment portfolios, across domestic and international assets.

This role involves maintaining data integrity, resolving complex discrepancies and supporting efficient transaction processing.

You will process a range of domestic and international transactions (e.g., fixed interest, asset transfers, redemptions, corporate actions) and administer alternative investments and fund transfer requests.

The ideal candidate will have minimum 2 years' experience in a middle office, custody, or funds administration role. They will also possess strong understanding of asset administration and reconciliation processes.

Key Responsibilities">

  • Execute portfolio reconciliations and maintain accurate, up-to-date data.

  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies to ensure accurate financial reporting.

  • Process a range of domestic and international transactions and administer alternative investments and fund transfer requests.

Requirements">

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a middle office, custody, or funds administration role.

  • Strong understanding of asset administration and reconciliation processes.

  • Understanding of financial instruments and CGT implications.

  • Proficiency in financial software and data analysis tools.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and have resilience.
