Job Summary

The Product Manager will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and portfolio management for our Fragrance division.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development, launch, and lifecycle management of our Fragrance portfolio including product assortment, sizing, forecasting, and market analysis
  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities for growth, analyze consumer trends and competitive landscapes
  • Develop and implement campaign marketing strategies with a focus on excellence
  • Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics, including sales, pricing, profitability, market share, and campaign effectiveness
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to optimize marketing and category strategies
  • Manage budgets and ensure financial objectives are met
  • Oversee brand identity and maintain consistent branding across all channels
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive business growth through effective consumer, media, PR, digital, retail, and trade activations

About You

Prior experience in Product & portfolio management is valuable. Analytical skills, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills are essential. Collaboration skills and self-motivation are also required.
