You will work closely with sales leads, product specialists, and editorial teams to turn business challenges into breakthrough campaigns.You will spend most of your time doing what you do best: uncovering powerful insights, building compelling narratives, driving pitches that win, and coaching others to do the same. This role suits someone who is deeply fluent in agency culture - whether from the inside or as a partner who knows how to navigate, influence, and lead within it.Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead pitches that win hearts, minds, and budgets - from shaping the strategic approach through to bringing the story to life
  • Translate complex business problems into powerful campaign ideas rooted in insight and cultural relevance
  • Partner with sales and marketing leads to proactively identify growth opportunities for priority clients
  • Be a mentor and multiplier - lifting capability in strategic storytelling across the team, directly managing a small team of Strategy & Insight Managers

Requirements:
  • A creative commercial thinker with experience in media, advertising, publishing, or marketing

  • Confident presenting to senior stakeholders - you're at ease in the boardroom and thrive under pressure
  • Passionate about mentoring and lifting capability in others
  • Comfortable navigating complexity, ambiguity, and high expectations
