About the Role

This newly created Senior HR Business Partner role will succeed the current interim HR Director ANZ, who has led a successful restructuring of the HR function. The new structure aims to enhance efficiency and foster collaboration with global Centres of Excellence.

The HRBP role will focus on building a strong, aligned team in the long term while improving operational rhythms to support broader people strategies. An immediate priority will be managing the implementation process of our new National Enterprise Agreement as well as supporting other key transformation projects and People & Culture initiatives.

This strategic position is a key member of the APAC people & culture team and encompasses a broad spectrum of responsibilities aimed at enhancing employee experience, driving talent management initiatives, and ensuring adherence to HR best practices.

About You

  • Tertiary qualification in Human Resources (or similar)
  • 6 years of HR experience in an HR generalist or advisory role
  • Strong Employee Relations & Industrial Relations experience with experience in negotiating enterprise bargaining agreements.
  • Experience in working with global teams and working in a corporate environment.
  • Positive attitude, resilient and happy to roll up sleeves to get the job done.
  • Strong problem-solving skills – able to look at alternative paths when the answer is not immediately available.
  • Excellent understanding of Australia employment law
  • Experience working in a fast-paced organisation (ideally technology)
  • Change management & leadership experience
