Job Summary

We are seeking a full-time Diploma qualified Early Childhood Educator to join our team in Melbourne. As an experienced educator, you will have the opportunity to work with our friendly, supportive, and fun teams to provide exceptional customer experiences and partnerships with families.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Child Safety and Welfare

Ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times by actively supervising and interacting with them.

Education and Care

Provide high-quality education and care to children, ensuring they are educated and cared for to the highest standard.

Relationship Building

Buildd trusting relationships with children, their families, and colleagues through warm and responsive interactions.

Environment Creation

Facilitate a nurturing and loving environment for children, providing childcare services that comply with national regulations and standards.

Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate will receive an annual salary of $65,835 - $68,000 + Super, depending on qualifications and experience. We offer competitive above award pay, discounted childcare fees, two wellbeing days, and access to our Employee Assistance Program.

Requirements
  • A Diploma in Early Childhood Education from a recognized Registered Training Organization (or equivalent ACECQA approved qualifications)
  • Minimum of two years full-time relevant work experience
  • A genuine passion for Early Childhood education and development
  • A creative, supportive, and cooperative team player
  • Current Working with Children Check (Employee)
  • Strong understanding of the National Quality Framework and EYLF
About Our Campuses

Our early learning campuses are designed to inspire 0–6-year-olds to grow, learn, and discover. Spanning across three levels with age-specific learning environments, the campuses have an open, but intimate feeling. The playgrounds and resources are designed to facilitate interactive designs to ensure a fun and entertaining time for the children in our care.
