Roseberry Qld is a community-based organisation and registered charity that provides essential services to support young people and families in need.

We envision a strong, vibrant, and compassionate community where individuals can thrive. Our mission is to foster resilience and leadership skills among our service users by offering professional support services, including housing assistance, education programs, employment initiatives, and mental health support.

As the managing partner for headspace services in Gladstone and Rockhampton, we strive to make a positive impact on the lives of those we serve.

The role of the Board is to provide strategic oversight, represent the organisation within the community, and assume responsibility for its operations.

  1. Leadership and Governance: Provide effective governance and oversight of Roseberry Qld's activities.
  2. Representation: Represent the organisation in a professional and respectful manner.
  3. Management and Operation: Accept responsibility for the management and operation of Roseberry Qld.

This position requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with staff, volunteers, and external stakeholders.
