We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Front Desk Team Leader to join our team at Hilton Worldwide, Inc. As a key member of our Front Office team, you will be responsible for leading the way in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless guest experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and train Front Desk operations to ensure efficient and effective service delivery
  • Welcoming and checking-in guests, as well as managing group arrivals and departures
  • Managing guest requests, inquiries, and complaints in a professional and courteous manner
  • Maintaining current knowledge of hotel products, services, pricing, and special promotional offers
  • Maximizing sales revenues through up-selling and marketing programs
Requirements
  • Excellent personal presentation and communication skills
  • Demonstrated experience in hospitality, retail, or fast food leading a team or strong experience in a Front Desk role
  • Ability to multi-task while maintaining a positive attitude when working with guests
  • Computer literate and able to navigate through Company systems
  • At least a minimum of 1 year in a similar role
