Job Opportunity: Online Department Assistant

We are seeking an organised and punctual team member with exceptional multi-tasking and time management skills to join our dynamic business.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in retail or phone sales, as well as strong problem resolution skills and excellent written and oral communication techniques.

Apart from the expected skills and qualifications, we are looking for a person with a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and the ability to learn and adapt quickly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process online sales efficiently and accurately
  • Manage refunds and exchanges in a timely manner
  • Support our retail stores when needed
  • Provide top-notch customer service through various channels, including product recommendations, pricing, stock availability, delivery issues, and returns
  • Respond to online reviews in a professional and timely manner

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in retail or telephone sales
  • Exceptional sales and customer problem resolution skills
  • Friendly and approachable demeanor with strong written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to learn and apply technical information and data
  • Organised, efficient, and reliable individual with good time management and multi-tasking skills
