**Online Department Assistant - Part time role based at our Head Office in Osborne Park.**

We are looking for an organised, punctual, reliable team member with the ability to multi-task and manage their time to join our ever growing business.

Applicant should have previous experience working in retail/phone sales, problem resolution skills, and strong written and oral communication techniques.

Experience in footwear is preferable but not essential.

Tasks & responsibilities will include
- Process online sales
- Process refunds and exchanges
- Work in our retail stores when needed
- Providing great service to assist customers pre and post purchase; covering issues such as product recommendation; pricing, stock availability, delivery issues and returns, concerns
- Respond to online reviews

Qualifications & Experience
- Experience in retail/telephone sales
- Sales and customer problem resolution skills
- Friendly manner and strong written and oral communication
- Ability to learn and use technical information and data
- Organised, good time management and multi-task skills
- Reliable, punctual, positive attitude and a team player
- Attention to detail
