We are seeking experienced and compassionate individuals to join our team as Aged Care Support Professionals in Ballina, NSW. This is a permanent part-time opportunity with a guaranteed minimum of 12 hours per week.
About the Role- Deliver high-quality in-home support services to our aged care customers, enabling them to live independently and remain within their own homes.
- Provide person-centered care, focusing on the physical, emotional, and social needs of our clients.
- Develop strong relationships with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive support.
- Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to achieve exceptional client outcomes.
- Australian Driver's License and ownership of a reliable insured vehicle.
- Fully vaccinated against Covid-19 (minimum 2 doses).
- Availability to work flexible hours, Monday to Friday, between 7am-3pm or 8am-4pm.
- Minimum 12+ months experience in aged care or a related field.
- Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent qualification.
- A stable roster with opportunities for extra hours based on business needs.
- A traineeship program for those new to aged care, leading to certification in Individual Support.
- A fully supported induction program and ongoing training and development opportunities.
- A competitive hourly rate of $31.74 - $32.56 + 11.5% superannuation (based on experience). Travel allowance of $0.92 per KM PLUS paid travel time.
