Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to fill the role of Quality Assurance Specialist. In this position, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and effective operation of our systems.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Audit and analyze end-to-end transactions across all elements of Weapons Licensing to ensure consistency and quality results.
  • Develop and implement a competency framework for QA in Weapons Licensing, incorporating performance analysis, client feedback, and statistics.
  • Assist in the design and delivery of training programs to ensure information delivery is consistent and relevant to the intended audience.
  • Analyze performance data to recommend strategies to achieve organizational goals.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in quality assurance or a related field.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
