Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quality Assurance Professional to join our team in a state-of-the-art beverage manufacturing facility.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and safety. This will involve auditing and reviewing quality systems, processes, and performance, as well as supporting problem-solving sessions and identifying opportunities for quality improvement.

Responsibilities:

  • Audit and review of quality systems, processes, and performance
  • Support problem-solving sessions and identify opportunities for quality improvement
  • Conduct GMP and GLP audits across the site
  • Work alongside the manufacturing team to implement and improve quality and food safety practices
  • Support training of the manufacturing team in routine analytical and microbiological methods
  • Review raw material COAs and delivery inspections
  • Support non-conformance processes, including product release

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need a strong understanding of quality principles, good manufacturing practices (GMP), and regulatory requirements. You will also need to be able to analyze data, identify trends, and develop effective solutions to ensure compliance with quality and regulatory standards.
