As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for every customer who visits our stores. Your role will involve working closely with colleagues to maintain high standards of stock management, store presentation, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Provide friendly and helpful services to all customers, ensuring their shopping experience is positive and memorable.
  • Stock Management: Work with colleagues to maintain accurate stock levels, ensure efficient inventory management, and achieve sales targets.
  • Store Presentation: Contribute to maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming store environment, adhering to company standards and protocols.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals, support new team members, and contribute to a positive store culture.

Requirements:

  • Forklift Licence: A desirable but not essential requirement.
  • Customer Focus: A genuine passion for providing excellent customer service.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to approach, connect, and confidently interact with customers.
  • Product Knowledge: Willingness to learn about products and services, and effectively communicate this knowledge to customers.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store environment.
  • Flexibility: Availability to work flexible hours, including late nights, early mornings, and weekends.
