Your role will involve working closely with colleagues to maintain high standards of stock management, store presentation, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Provide friendly and helpful services to all customers, ensuring their shopping experience is positive and memorable.
  • Stock Management: Work with colleagues to maintain accurate stock levels, ensure efficient inventory management, and achieve sales targets.
  • Store Presentation: Contribute to maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming store environment, adhering to company standards and protocols.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals, support new team members, and contribute to a positive store culture.

Requirements:

  • Forklift Licence: A desirable but not essential requirement.
  • Customer Focus: A genuine passion for providing excellent customer service.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to approach, connect, and confidently interact with customers.
  • Product Knowledge: Willingness to learn about products and services, and effectively communicate this knowledge to customers.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store environment.
  • Flexibility: Availability to work flexible hours, including late nights, early mornings, and weekends.
