Ideal Candidate Requirements:

  • Experience in transportation, cross docking, or shipping and receiving environments (preferably within the LTL industry)
  • Strong leadership qualities and high aptitude for technology
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A degree, either Associates or Bachelor's, is preferred but not required

Responsibilities:

  • Communication between drivers and vendors/Terminal Managers
  • Route revision to increase efficiencies while monitoring workload changes
  • Freight tracking and reporting issues faced by drivers on the road
  • Maintaining a safe work environment compliant with state and federal regulations
  • Exceeding KPI goals and promoting a culture of quality product
