Technical Project Lead

The primary responsibility of this position is to oversee the testing and commissioning of technology, ensuring client expectations are met.
- Develop comprehensive commissioning and test plans for complex systems.
- Execute sub-system testing and handovers efficiently.
- Oversee total system SAT and CAT testing, guaranteeing optimal performance.
- Lead a team of commissioning engineers in a collaborative environment.
- Maintain continuous monitoring and reporting of commissioning status and progress using data-driven tools.
- Actively participate in interfaces, EDS, and commissioning activities, fostering effective collaboration.
- Regularly review resource allocation and planning to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Provide expert maintenance support and skillfully manage risks during system upgrades, safeguarding project success.
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
- A natural ability to provide innovative solutions for demanding clients, combined with tertiary qualifications in Engineering.
- No less than 10 years of experience in complex Industrial Automation solutions, preferably including Baggage Handling System.
- Project management experience would be an advantage, along with leadership skills and technical knowledge.
- Familiarity with PLC or HLC software development and onsite commissioning is essential.
