Project Technical Lead Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Project Technical Lead to join our team. As a senior member of the multi-disciplinary team, you will play a pivotal role in driving project success and expanding client relationships.

  1. Lead client-facing project delivery to ensure high-quality outcomes and strong stakeholder satisfaction.
  2. Assist with business development initiatives to identify and pursue new project opportunities and nurture long-term client partnerships.
  3. Manage internal design teams and oversee engineering assessments across complex projects.
  4. Represent the company in industry forums, client presentations, and strategic meetings to enhance market presence.
  5. Deliver technically sound and innovative designs, reports, and specifications across various sectors.
  6. Mentor and support junior engineers to foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 10 years of experience in a design consultancy environment with a strong track record of client engagement and project leadership.
  • Degree-qualified in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects at varying stages of delivery.
  • Strong technical knowledge in Mechanical Building Services including HVAC design experience on building projects.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a passion for building client relationships and assisting with growing business pipelines.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • A collaborative, can-do attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced team-oriented environment.
