At IPAR, we strive to provide timely and efficient occupational rehabilitation services that make a positive difference in people's lives. As a Rehabilitation Consultant or Allied Health Professional, you will play a crucial role in helping individuals with physical and/or psychological injuries/illnesses achieve a successful and sustainable return to work.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing a caseload of clients and working collaboratively with employers, employees, medical and allied health professionals to develop and implement injury prevention and workplace education programs
  • Applying your clinical knowledge to improve return to work outcomes and addressing psychosocial barriers to employment

You will have the opportunity to work from our Melbourne office or remotely, depending on your preference. Our team is dedicated to making a positive impact and achieving outstanding results, and we are looking for like-minded individuals to join us.

Qualifications and Skills Required

We are seeking experienced Rehabilitation Consultants or Allied Health Professionals who possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • Allied Health Qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, Physiotherapy or Osteopathy
  • Full Professional Registration with AHPRA or Full Professional Accreditation with ESSA
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate and build relationships with all stakeholders
  • Capability to proactively manage a case load and achieve outstanding results
