Senior Rehabilitation Consultant

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented professional to join our multidisciplinary team of rehabilitation consultants. As a senior member of the team, you will have the opportunity to shape lives and make a real difference in people's lives.

The role provides an ideal blend of leadership focus and holistic quality of care with clients. You will be responsible for undertaking assessments, identifying return to work barriers, and liaising with clients, medical practitioners, and employers to achieve outcomes that are appropriate for all parties.

  • Undertake assessments including activities of daily living, home, worksite, functional, ergonomic, equipment assessments
  • Identify return to work barriers
  • Liaise with clients, medical practitioners, and employers to achieve outcomes that are appropriate for all parties
  • Design, implement, and monitor programs that assist injured employees to return to the workforce
Requirements:
  • Australian recognised degree qualification and full accreditation in occupational therapy, exercise physiology, chiropractic, or physiotherapy
  • Willingness to travel (current vehicle and driver's license required)
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Determination to consistently provide a high level of customer service
  • Keen sense of punctuality and effective time management
