Unlock a new chapter in your rehabilitation career as a senior consultant with our dynamic team.

We're seeking an experienced professional to join our Melbourne-based division, providing clinical services and evidence-based case management for injured workers across various environments.

Your role will involve performing assessments and interventions in family homes, workplaces, medical centres, clinics, and ORS offices. You'll strive to implement best practice health engagements throughout clients' rehabilitation journeys.

A daily billable target of 5.5 hours and a generous bonus structure are part of this rewarding opportunity. You'll also have the chance to diversify your case load by conducting therapy for NDIS participants.

We prioritize work-life balance, offering resources for working from home, allocating clients close to your residence, giving you ownership of your calendar, providing suburban office locations with free parking, and allowing part-time or compressed schedules with one RDO every two weeks.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Psychology, or Rehabilitation Counselling
  • 2 years experience as a Rehabilitation Consultant, preferably within Melbourne
  • Registration or ability to become registered with AHPRA, ESSA, ASORC, or RCAA
  • A vehicle and driver's licence
  • A National Police Clearance, Working With Children/Working with Vulnerable People Check & NDIS Worker Screening Clearance or able to acquire one for client-facing roles
