We're seeking a talented Psychologist, Rehabilitation Counsellor, or Social Worker to join our multidisciplinary team of allied health professionals as a Rehabilitation Consultant.

We are looking for a Rehabilitation Consultant to join our team on a full-time, part-time, or casual basis.

As a Rehabilitation Consultant, you will play a vital role in providing workplace rehabilitation services to support individuals in returning to work and improving their health.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Undertaking psychological, worksite, functional, and early intervention assessments
  • Conducting Vocational and Adjustment to Injury Counselling
  • Identifying Return to Work (RTW) barriers and designing, implementing, and monitoring programs to assist injured employees
  • Undertaking Vocational Assessments and Transferable Skills Analyses
  • Liaising with clients, insurers, medical practitioners, and employers to achieve positive outcomes

Qualifications and skills required:

  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Psychology, Social Work, or Rehabilitation Counselling, and current registration or eligibility to obtain registration with AASW, ASORC, or AHPRA (provisional accepted)
  • Willingness to travel (a current vehicle and driver's license is essential)
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • High level of customer service and punctuality
  • Effective time management skills
