About the Role

The Executive Assistant/Office Manager role is a high-level administrative position that reports directly to the Executive Director. The successful candidate will provide support with diary management, document and report preparation, and secretarial services.

This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to manage time and attendance records, staff leave, and confidential reporting. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team to achieve business objectives.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing administrative support to the Executive Director and Project Leads
  • Managing the office and ensuring efficient operations
  • Coordinating travel arrangements and itineraries
  • Preparing documents and reports for presentations and meetings
