About this role
Job OverviewThis is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Parts Administrator. As part of our dynamic dealership network, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our parts display areas.
You will be responsible for ordering stock, processing RFCs and warranty claims, and providing exceptional customer service. This includes maintaining shelf tickets, ensuring correct pricing and part numbers, and managing stock levels.
In addition to your administrative duties, you will also provide backup support to other departments as needed. Your strong communication skills and attention to detail will enable you to work effectively with our team and customers.
We are seeking a highly motivated individual with previous administration experience. You should have excellent problem-solving skills, be able to work under pressure, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
