Fundraising Coordinator

We are seeking a professional to enhance our fundraising capabilities and establish a sustainable funding pipeline.

This role will lay the foundations for long-term growth, enabling us to meet evolving needs in Tasmania.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and execute major fundraising campaigns and events, aligning with the Fundraising Strategy and organisational calendar.
  • Develop and implement structured donor programs, designed to increase retention and lifetime value.
  • Deliver regular and tailored fundraising communications, maintaining engagement between campaigns and programs.
  • Coordinate community fundraising activities, supporting smaller donor relationships and contributing to broader strategic initiatives.
  • Create and update fundraising content across digital channels and printed materials, ensuring consistent messaging.
  • Coordinate the Buy a Brick campaign, integrating with donor stewardship processes.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of three years' experience in fundraising, with donor engagement and campaign delivery responsibilities.
  • Excellent written communication and storytelling skills, particularly when tailoring messaging for different audiences.
  • Experience using CRM systems for donor management and fundraising performance analysis.
  • Proficiency with digital tools, such as social media and Canva, to create donor-facing content and support fundraising campaigns.
