Seeking a Cardiology Staff Specialist to contribute to the general clinical workload, providing high-quality specialist services for inpatient and outpatient care.
About the Role- Deliver consultant service to inpatients, admit patients under your care, and conduct outpatient clinics in general cardiology and heart rhythm disorders.
- Promote continuous quality improvement through systematic evaluation and implementation of strategies to meet customer needs.
- Provide clinical leadership in electrophysiology and cardiac devices through service development and clinical redesign.
- Patient Care: Deliver consultant service to inpatients, admit patients under your care, and conduct outpatient clinics in general cardiology and heart rhythm disorders.
- Teaching and Education: Participate in undergraduate and postgraduate specialist trainee teaching, liaise with academic institutions, and assist with education, supervision, and training of health professionals.
- Research and Development: Maintain an active involvement in research and participate regularly in non-clinical work such as clinical meetings.
- Management and Leadership: Responsible to the Head of Department - Cardiology, participating in committees or working groups relevant to specialty training, interests, and expertise.
