We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Property Management Coordinator to support our Property Manager in maintaining and overseeing our portfolio.

Main Responsibilities

  • Administrative Support: Provide essential administrative assistance for managing a portfolio of commercial properties.
  • Property Inspections: Conduct routine property inspections and identify maintenance needs.
  • Communication Management: Handle inquiries, manage the property inbox and liaise with tenants, contractors, and other stakeholders.
  • Maintenance Coordination: Schedule inspections, coordinate property maintenance and work with subcontractors.
  • Lease and Billing Assistance: Help manage leases, handle billing tasks and send entry notices.
  • Stakeholder Liaison: Act as the main point of contact for all inquiries and maintain clear, transparent communication.
