We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic physiotherapists to join our team in Western Australia.

The Role
  • Aged Care Assessments: Conduct thorough assessments of residents' physical needs and develop care plans accordingly.
  • Care Plan Development: Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create personalized care plans that address the unique needs of each resident.
  • Regular Evaluation and Incident Analysis: Monitor progress, identify areas for improvement, and analyze incidents to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • Care Plan Modification and Progression: Regularly review and update care plans to reflect changing resident needs and goals.
Key Responsibilities
  • Providing physiotherapy treatments to patients in various settings.
  • Conducting physiotherapy assessments to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted treatment plans.
  • Formulating exercise prescriptions and developing care plans that promote patient independence and well-being.
  • Implementing pain management clinics and coordinating with healthcare providers to optimize patient care.
  • Communicating effectively with residents, nursing staff, medical practitioners, and allied health professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
