About your new role: Conduct comprehensive assessments of individuals to identify their functional abilities, limitations, and goals.
Develop individualised treatment plans and intervention strategies to maximise independence, functional capacity, and quality of life.
Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
Collaborate with clients, their families, and a multidisciplinary team to develop person-centred care plans and ensure holistic support.
Communicate effectively with Stakeholders Deliver individual and group therapy sessions to enhance daily living skills, cognitive abilities, mobility, and self-care.
Provide education and support to clients, caregivers, and support workers to enhance their understanding of physiotherapy interventions.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation.
Stay informed about the latest research, best practices, and regulatory changes.
Participate in team meetings, case conferences, and professional development activities and contribute to a positive workplace culture.
