About Us

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to shape the future of product management, focusing on governance and disclosure. This role is crucial in ensuring our product suite evolves as the lifetime fund for Australians, delivering retirement income security to members.

The Opportunity:
  • Lead the maintenance and update of product disclosure documents and associated member communications.
  • Manage timelines, resources, cross-functional teams, and lead change management to ensure successful implementation of product initiatives.
About You:

We need a highly skilled professional with strong experience in product management and governance. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Minimum five years demonstrated experience in a similar role or directly related and relevant role in the financial services industry.
  • At least 3 years demonstrated experience in people leadership roles.
  • Tertiary qualifications in law, marketing, business, or commerce disciplines. Qualifications in project management preferred.
Key Requirements:
  • Strong knowledge of the superannuation industry and regulatory landscape.
  • Ability to manage timelines, resources, and cross-functional teams.
