About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Product Governance and Compliance Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and maintaining effective product governance frameworks across our managed funds, ETFs, Superannuation, and Investor Directed Portfolio Service.

The ideal candidate will have experience in designing and distributing obligations (DDO) or similar governance requirements in an investment management or superannuation context. They will also have strong relationship and stakeholder management skills, as well as the ability to think strategically and influence stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement, maintain, and continually improve our integrated product governance frameworks.
  • Proactively identify and analyze emerging regulatory requirements that may impact our product suite.
  • Carry out regulatory compliance processes, such as product reviews and critical assessments.
  • Coordinate, analyze, and enhance data gathering to ensure compliance with key regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years' related work experience across the funds management and/or superannuation industry.
  • Undergraduate degree in a related discipline.
  • Strong knowledge of financial services regulatory requirements and experience implementing recent regulatory reforms.
