Your New Role

As a Product Enablement Specialist, you will be responsible for driving regulatory compliance and governance processes to ensure excellence. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain best-in-class frameworks, policies, and procedures.

You will be accountable for:

  • Developing and implementing quarterly and annual product review processes to monitor performance against set criteria and recommending targeted improvements.
  • Leveraging data insights to inform decision-making and drive business outcomes.
  • Continuously reviewing and enhancing data sourcing processes to ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness.
  • Overseeing the disclosure due diligence process, collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.
  • Enhancing product governance processes to ensure they are fit-for-purpose, efficient, and customer-centric.

You will work collaboratively with our retirement and accumulation teams on key product development initiatives, providing input into design, business requirements, and testing.

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Proven experience in a Product or similar role within financial services, preferably in superannuation.
  • Sound knowledge of superannuation, retirement, and investment products.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, with the ability to build effective relationships.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the capacity to coordinate multiple stakeholders and meet deadlines.
  • Understanding of customer needs and the ability to translate these into compelling product offers.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Ability to think creatively and approach problems with a solutions-focused mindset.
  • High level of personal integrity, with a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
