Lead Regional SRE Engineer for Infinite Scale

This is a hands-on leadership role where you will play a critical part in shaping the future of data, ensuring system health, performance, and availability.

Aerospike powers millions of transactions per second with millisecond latency, at a fraction of the total cost of ownership compared to other databases. Our database enables global leaders, including Adobe, Airtel, Barclays, Criteo, DBS Bank, Experian, Grab, HDFC Bank, PayPal, Sony Interactive Entertainment, The Trade Desk, and Wayfair, to unlock customer 360, fraud detection, real-time bidding, profile stores, recommendation engines, and more.

Our team consists of experts who rely on Aerospike for mission-critical use cases and workloads, including machine learning, generative, and agentic AI. We dream big and deliver even bigger. Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish technical direction for the regional team, ensuring strong execution across observability, reliability engineering, automation, and incident management.
  • Coordinate with other regional SRE leaders to drive consistent follow-the-sun coverage, enabling seamless handoffs and continuity of operations across time zones.
  • Own and refine SRE processes for the region, guaranteeing system health, performance, and availability.
