Compensation Professional

We are seeking a skilled Compensation Professional to support the design, analysis, and administration of compensation programs for our organization. This role will collaborate with HR and business leaders to ensure competitive and compliant pay practices that attract, retain, and motivate top talent.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research and benchmarking to analyze pay structures and job evaluations.
  • Support the design, modeling, and implementation of base pay, incentive, and equity programs.
  • Prepare materials for executive leadership review.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide compensation consulting to HRBPs and business leaders on offers, promotions, and pay adjustments.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business, or related field.
  • 5+ years of compensation experience; manufacturing or publicly traded company background preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and compensation survey tools.
  • Knowledge of executive compensation and equity programs a plus.
