Our organisation is seeking a highly analytical Senior Reward Analyst to join its team. This role will be hands-on, working closely with other members of the team to contribute to the development, implementation and delivery of compensation and benefits policies, programs and practices across the organisation.

The successful candidate will have advanced MS Excel capabilities, problem solving skills, and experience with data visualisation tools, as well as excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. They will also have high attention to detail and accuracy.

Job Description

As a Senior Reward Analyst, you will be responsible for managing remuneration data, providing reporting and conducting in-depth analysis to support decision making and ensuring accurate execution of reward processes.

You will also be involved in the management of the annual remuneration review process, including planning, communication and delivery.
