  • Develop and execute a national early careers strategy aligned to workforce needs and future growth objectives.

  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment for graduate and intern programs, ensuring a seamless candidate experience from application to onboarding.

  • Track program outcomes, retention, and success metrics, using data-driven insights to drive continuous improvement and inform future strategies.
