We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled individual to assume the role of Brand Strategy Leader. This position will be responsible for shaping a brand that makes a meaningful impact on people's lives.

As the Brand Strategy Leader, you will collaborate with senior stakeholders and drive the direction, development, and delivery of our brand campaigns. You will work closely with the Chief Marketing Officer, as well as the CEO and executive leadership team.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with key senior stakeholders and leading the strategic force behind our brand, including AIA Vitality and AIA Health
  • Leading the relationship with external creative agencies and media and event agencies to deliver on brand campaigns and sponsorships and events
  • Building the brand content strategy and playbook to align with the overall creative platform and brand strategy
  • Leading the brand strategy team and the creative services team, growing capability by developing talent and succession
