This is a senior leadership role where you will own and evolve products and operations in a mission-led organisation.

About the Job

The ideal candidate will have 4–7 years of experience in SaaS, edtech, or product-driven environments, spanning product operations, systems management, or project management.

Responsibilities

Product Ownership:

  • Manage products as integrated solutions bringing together proprietary content, platforms, and client-facing features.
  • Oversee content production pipelines, coordinating with external creatives and subject matter experts, and optimising for efficiency and quality.
  • Manage customer-facing platforms with a UX/UI mindset, ensuring smooth user journeys and high adoption.
  • Take ownership of existing and in-progress add-ons, leading future feature rollouts such as gamification and recognition programs.

Operations:

  • Take full responsibility for central hubs connecting content, platforms, and client journeys.
  • Identify and implement new systems, tools, and methods to streamline operations across content, product, and user experience.
  • Provide pragmatic support when needed, ensuring a seamless user journey.
  • Work closely with leadership to align product and operational execution with strategic goals.
Success Metrics
  • Mastery of HubSpot with ownership of customer journeys, workflows, and automations.
  • Optimised content production pipeline with reduced delivery timelines and removed bottlenecks.
  • Freemium product launched successfully to drive adoption and support a product-led growth strategy.
  • Reporting product and self-service onboarding portal launched successfully.
  • LMS optimised for user adoption and improved user experience.
