Renewable Energy Technician Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Renewable Energy Technician to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth installation and maintenance of our renewable energy solutions.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Inspecting and testing various types of inverters and electrical equipment
  • Maintaining accurate records of received and distributed items
  • Contacting suppliers or distributors to resolve shipment or delivery issues
  • Strategically storing merchandise to maximize storage space
  • Processing warranty cases and related service rebates
  • Preparing and packing orders for distribution, including labelling and delivery

Requirements

  • TAFE or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering (or related field)
  • At least 1 year of relevant work experience
  • Basic knowledge of inverter systems or electrical equipment is an advantage
  • Good attention to detail and problem-solving skills
