Job Title:

Solar Energy Specialist


Description:

We are seeking an experienced Solar Energy Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining and troubleshooting various solar energy systems.

You will conduct thorough site inspections to support customized design and project delivery, install and commission solar PV and battery energy storage systems, and perform electrical wiring and configuration for new installations and upgrades.

You will also supervise subcontractor works to ensure quality and compliance with standards, provide preventative maintenance and responsive repairs across systems, and install and maintain EV charging stations ensuring safety and performance.


Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Valid NSW Electrical Licence.
  • CEC/SAA Accreditation in Solar PV and BESS installation (or willingness to obtain).
  • Valid Driver's Licence and White Card (Construction Induction Card).
  • Proven experience in lighting, Solar PV, and battery installations.
  • Strong communication and site documentation skills.
  • Ability to read technical documents and blueprints.
  • Comfortable working at heights and in various outdoor conditions.
