Job Title: On Premise Field Sales Planner

At Red Bull, we're always pushing the boundaries of what's possible. As an On Premise Field Sales Planner, you'll play a critical role in driving our sales strategy forward.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with Regional On Premise Managers and Key Account Managers to gather insights and recommendations for field execution.
  • Develop and implement strategies to maximize ROI from our field sales resources, ensuring optimal deployment of resources across all channels.
  • Lead capacity planning efforts, utilizing a standardized approach to ensure consistency and efficiency across states.
  • Audit venues and groups to maintain execution standards, ensuring timely completion of state reporting requirements.
  • Identify opportunities and challenges within field results, providing actionable recommendations for future planning.
  • Generate reports for senior leadership to inform business planning initiatives.
  • Lead field reporting updates for MRM and ad hoc business presentations.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant field sales experience.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify trends and opportunities in data.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage complex agendas and deliver against tight deadlines.
  • Competent IT skills, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • University degree preferred, but not essential.
