About the RoleThis is a key leadership position that oversees the lifecycle of employees across multiple sites, providing HR advice and developing best practice strategies, policies, and procedures. The successful candidate will also be responsible for developing and implementing WHS programs and initiatives, identifying and assessing hazards, and conducting toolbox safety talks.
About YouTo be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor of Business (HR/WHS or equivalent), a Return to Work Certificate, and a current Driver's License. You will also require strong HR and WHS experience, ideally within manufacturing, as well as excellent communication skills and experience with Fair Work Australia and Australian employment law.
