Job Description:

We are seeking an Assistant in Nursing (AIN) to join our team at Perth Children's Hospital. The successful candidate will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN), providing general patient care and supporting the delivery of coordinated care as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Providing general patient care, including assisting with daily tasks to maintain a safe and clean environment
  • Supporting the delivery of care as part of a team, working closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for patients

Eligibility and Selection:

  • Australian citizenship or permanent residency is required
  • The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment and demonstrate a commitment to providing high-quality patient care

About You:

  • You will have a Certificate III in Health Services Assistance - Acute Care or equivalent qualification
  • You will be able to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks and managing your time effectively
